- Prepare For making dough
- You need 2 bowl wheat flour
- Prepare 1 tsp cooking oil
- You need to taste Salt

- You need 2 tbsp Coriander leaves
- Provide 1 Green chilli
- Provide 1/2 tsp Carrom seeds
- Get To taste salt
- You need To taste red chilli powder
- You need To taste garam masala
- Use To taste mango powder
- You need as needed Cooking Oil for frying
Steps to make Radish Paratha:
- Mix wheat flour, salt and 1 teaspoon cooking oil in a mixing bowl thoroughly. Make a soft dough with water and keep aside for half an hour.
- Peel and wash radish. Grate and finely chop radish leaves and mix with grated radish. Squeeze excess water of radish with the help of your palms.
- Add chopped coriander leaves and 1 green chilli. Add salt, red chilli powder, garam masala, mango powder and carrom seeds. Mix well.
- Now make a ball of dough. Roll with the help of rolling pin and put radish mixture on it. Fold from all sides and roll paratha.
- Heat a griddle and brush with a little cooking Oil and place rolled paratha and roast on medium flame for 3 minutes. Apply cooking oil.
- Flip the side and fry from other side also till golden brown colour.
- Serve hot with Raita.
