- Get 1 Radish cut into big size
- Use 1 cup Wheat flour
- You need 1 tsp Green chilli, ginger and garlic paste (optional)

- Provide 1/2 tsp Ajwain
- Take 1 tsp Garam masala

Instructions to make Radish Paratha:
- First peel and wash the radish. Cut into big size. Grate the radish and keep aside. Heat oil in kadai. When the oil is hot. Add cumin seeds. Let it crackle for few minutes. Once it is done. Add grated radish. Saute it for few minutes. Then add all the dry masala. Fry till the water evaporates. Add salt and coriander leaves. Cook for few minutes till the radish cooked properly. Once it is done. Transfer to a plate and keep aside. Radish mixture is ready.
- Take a plate. Add wheat flour, ajwain and a pinch of salt. Mix………..properly. Add water as needed to make a smooth dough. Once it is done. Keep aside for 3 minutes. Once it done. From the dough take a small balls. Dust some flour in the rolling pin. Begin to roll with a rolling pin. Roll into medium size roti's or round in shape.
- Heat tava or griddle. Place the paratha on the hot tava or griddle. Cook both the sides of the chapati. Add raddish mixture on the top of the chapati. Fold it equally and press it gently. So that the mixture will not come out of the chapati. Spread some oil on the partly cooked side. Flip the paratha with spatula and apply oil on other sides. So that they cooked evenly. Once it is done.
- Once it is done. Transfer to a serving plate. Ready to serve with Tomato sauce or any chutney
