Mbuzi Pilau.😋 - - I like to use meat with abit of fat for pilau;be it beef,chicken or mbuzi.This is to give the pilau some flavour and to keep the pilau moist. - Cut,wash and Boil your meat(I do this so I can get stock from the meat instead of using water in the pilau)-I will measure the stock in cups.
