- Use 1 tbsp chat masala
- Prepare 25 gm mozrrella chesse

- Take 2 tbsp butter
- Use 2 cup milk
- Provide 2 tbsp Maida
- Use 1 tsp Chinese salt (optional)
- Prepare Half tsp black pepper
- You need pinch salt little
- Take 100 gm Cheddar cheese
- You need Oil for frying
Steps to make Pizza Frize:
- Deep fry frize potatoes until golden brown and crispy. Sprinkle chat masala mix it and set aside.
- For sauce: In a nonstick pan. Add butter, and milk mix it. Add Chinese salt black pepper salt. Now add Maida mix it well. Now add 50gm cheddar cheese in it. Keep stiring continuously until it gets thick as per ur choice.(Salt kam dalna hai bcoz cheese also contains salt.)
- In a bowl add chicken shredded add tikka masala mustard paste adrak lehsan and lehsan powder in it. Mix well.
- In oven proof dish. First layer half frize then. Pour sauce. Next layer chicken. Then add frize. Then sauce then chicken now on top put shredded Mozrella and cheddar cheese.
- Now keep it in microwave for 3minutes on high speed. Or untill the cheese melts. Time varries according to ur microwave watts (speed). Serve hot and enjoy!!!!!
