- Prepare 1 Papad
- Use 1 tsp ghee
- Take 1 chopped tomato
- Take As needed Freshly chopped coriander
- Prepare 1 tsp Red chilli powder
- Prepare 1 tsp Chaat masala

Instructions to make Non Fried Masala Papad:
- Apply ghee with the help of a brush on both sides of papad and roast it on the stove (or if you have microwave roast it in microwave for 10 sec)
- Once roasted place it on the serving plate sprinkle red chilli powder then add chopped tomatoes then sprinkle chaat masala
- Then once again sprinkle red chilli powder on the tomatoes
- Then put sev on it and garnish it with coriander
- Note : The reason why I applied a little ghee on the papad and roasted it because it would give you the taste of fried masala papad that u usually have it in restaurants.
