- Soak wheat overnight by adding required amount of water.
- Take a pressure cooker add soaked wheat along with required amount of water. Also utilize the water used for soaking. Cook till 5 to 6 whistle.
- By the time take a pan add milk and keep it on low flame.
- Once the wheat is boiled. Strain the water from the heat. Grind the wheat coarsely in mixer jar.
