- You need 4 cup milk for paneer

- 1: For Pancakes÷. In a bowl take besan and put all the mentioned ingredients.Slowly put water and make semiliquid paste.Keep on stirring for sometime to aerate the mixture so as to make the pancakes soft and fluffy.
- Take a nonstick pan.Heat it. Grease it with oil. Pour the pancake mixture. Keep on flipping both sides to get golden brown pancakes. Make a big pancake and four small pancakes.
- 2: For Paneer Bhurji÷. Boil milk. Add lemon juice. Seive to separate water and paneer. Keep paneer in strainer for sometimes to remove any water left. Crush paneer.
- Take a steel pan. Heat oil. Put cumin seeds.Add onions, tomatoes, capcicum, green chilly.Mix well.Add salt, turmeric powder, redchilly powder.Mix well.Add crushed paneer.Mix well.put off the flame.Bhurji is ready
- Take a lighted coal. Place a small bowl on paneer bhurji. In this bowl place lighted coal. Pour little ghee on coal. Close the steel pan of bhurji with dish. Remove dish after few seconds. Remove coal.Mix bhurji.Smoky paneer bhurji is ready
- 3: For Peanut Garlic Tamrind chutney ÷. In a bowl take tamarind juice.Add crushed peanuts, garlic paste, ginger paste, salt,red chilly powder, Jaggery.Mix well. Thick brown Chutney is ready.
- Take two big dishes.In one dish place big brown pancake.In another dish place four small brown pancakes. On each pancake place paneer bhurji on the sides to form boundary.
