- Prepare 4 amla/avla(taro root)
- Prepare 1/4 cup dry coconut
- Prepare 3-5 green chillies
- Get 1 tsp cumin seeds
- Provide 1 tsp Jaggery

Steps to make Amla Chutney:
- Wash and dry the avla properly.. Cut into small pieces or you can even grate
- Cut or grate the dry coconut
- In a pan heat oil and add oil, green chillies and coconut and fry for 5-10 mins till the coconut is slightly brown.. Do not burn
- Transfer the fried coconut and avla into the jar add salt, jaggery and cumin seeds and grind to a fine paste..
- Make tempering and add tonthe chutney.. You can serve immediately or can also store it for 3-4 days in refrigerator..
