  6. Provide 2 tbsp. coriander seeds
  7. You need 1/2 tsp. fenugreek seeds
  8. Provide 2 tbsp. fresh grated coconut
  9. Prepare 1 onion, chopped

  11. Use 2-3 garlic cloves, chopped
  12. Take handful coriander leaves along with the roots
  13. You need 1-2 green chilies (opt)
  14. Take 2 tbsp. roasted peanuts
  15. You need to taste salt
  16. Provide 1 sprig curry leaves
  17. Provide 1 tsp. mustard seeds
  18. Use 1/4 tsp. asafoetida
  19. Provide 1 tsp. urad dal

  1. Heat 1 tbsp. oil in a pan and saute the coriander seeds, cumin seeds, pepper, red chilies, fenugreek for a few seconds on low flame till you get a nice aroma.
