  2. You need 1 cup rava
  3. Prepare 1/2 cup Dahi/ curd
  4. You need to taste Salt
  5. Prepare to taste black pepper powder
  6. Prepare 1 tsp eno
  7. Use as Water
  8. Take For tempering
  9. Provide 1 tbsp oil
  10. Take 1/2 tsp mustard seeds
  11. Get 1/2 tsp white sesame seeds
  12. Use 2 green chillies
  13. Provide 2 tbsp coriander leaves
  14. You need 2 tbsp Pudina leaves (optional)
Steps to make Beetroot Bunt Dhokla:
  1. Take grated beetroot in a blender and give it a churn - - Don’t add water
  2. Now take rava, beetroot purée and curd in a bowl and give a nice mix.
  3. Add salt and black pepper to it - - Keep the mix aside for 10 minutes.
  4. Now add little water to it to get a smooth lump free dhokla mixture - if required (I didn’t add)
  5. Grease a steel box nicely and keep a small katori in the center. This will give a bundt look to the Dhokla. Add ENO and gently mix it. Pour the batter in the greased dabba
  6. And let it get steamed for 15-20 minutes.
  7. Take out when done and let it cool completely before de-molding it.
  8. For tempering - Heat oil in a tadka pan - Add mustard seeds - When they crackle add green chili and sesame seeds.
  9. Pour tadka over the dhokla and garnish with green coriander leaves and some Pudina leaves if you wish too - Enjoy hot.
