  1. (Choley):- Firstly, heat oil in a cooker, saute bay leaf, cardamom, cinnamon stick and cumin seeds. Add onion and ginger garlic paste saute till it turns light brown.
  2. Add tomato paste and saute till they strt releasing oil. Add all the spices mix well, cook for 1-2 minutes. Add boiled chickpeas and 2 cup water give a good mix. Pressure cook for 2-3 whistle on medium flame. Allow the pressure to release by itself sprinkle Coriander leaves. Ready
  3. (Puri):- Take a bowl add wheat flour, salt, oil, carom seeds, pinch of turmeric powder combine well add water and knead stiff dough. Cover and keep aside for 15 minutes. Divide the dough into equal portions make balls and roll out into round puri shape.Heat oil in a deep kadhai or pan fry puris till they turn golden brown in colour from both sides.
