- Put the chana into pressure cooker, add tea bag, salt, black cardamom and cook it for 20- 25 minutes, 10 minutes on high flame and 15 minutes on low flame.

- Add chopped onion,tomato,garlic,ginger,green chilli, fried it on medium flame till water half soaked
