- Prepare 1 full cup Chole / chickpeas
- Take 1 pinch Baking soda
- Provide 1 stick Cinnamon

- First soak the chole overnight & boil the chole with help of pressure cooker.put cinnamon & baking soda to it & 1 tea bag also.
- Boil the chole for till soften, after that fry the chopped onion till golden brown mix the chopped tomato in to it..fry it till the gravy get thick..the add salt, chole masala, red chilli powder,turmeric powder mix it well after that put the boiled chole into it cook the same for 5 to 10 min..
