  1. You need 250 Grams Soya Granules
  2. Provide 2 Green Chillies
  3. Use 2 Cups Onionchopped
  4. Get 1 Teaspoon Turmeric
  5. Provide 1 Teaspoon Mustard Seeds
  6. Prepare 1 Tablespoon Oil
  7. You need To Taste Salt
  8. Get 2 Tomato
  9. Prepare To Taste Garam Masala (Optional)

  1. Soak the soya granules for about 5 minutes and keep it drained.
  2. In the meanwhile heat the oil in a deep kadai or pan. Add the mustard seeds and let it pop.
  3. Add the chopped onions and green chillies
  4. Keep stirring for a minute and add the chopped tomatoes.
  5. Let it cook for about 5 minutes. Then add some 2 cups of water and add the soya to it.Add turmeric. If you opted for garam masala, add that too at this stage.
  6. Add salt at this stage and cook for another 5 minutes until the water is evaporated and you get a solid stuff. Test the soya for softness and whether the flavour has gone into the granules. Else add a cup of water and cook until the condition is obtained.
