- Prepare all ingredients, boil potatoes in pressure cooker, grate carrot & beetroot. Also finely chop green onion, spinach, capsicum, coriander, mint leaves. Also grind flatten rice & keep it aside.
- Heat 2tbsp oil in a pan, once oil is hot add garlic paste, chopped green onion, corn seeds, sauté it for 2mins,Now add chopped capsicum, green chili and spinach. mix well & sauté it for 2 minutes.
- Add grated carrot & beetroot. mix it well. sauce for 2 minutes, Now add crushed boil potato, coriander leaves, mint leaves, sauté it, add salt, turmeric, green chili & ginger paste, garam masala, dry mango powder, mix it well & cook it for few minutes. for binding add grinded flattened rice, mix everything well,& put it aside for 10 minutes.
- After 10 minutes prepare cutlets in your favorite shape.
- To shallow fry our cutlets heat 3tbsp oil in a pan,&cook it from both sides.
