- Provide 1 tablespoon coarsely grounded Black pepper.(u can increase or decrease the quantity according to ur taste.)

- Use 1/2 tsp Jeera
- Prepare 2 tablespoons oil or ghee for moin
- You need As needed Water to knead it

- Take one parath. Add atta, Black pepper, hing, salt, oil for moin and rub jeera on the palms and mix well till everything gets incorporated.
- Knead hard dough with help of water. Grease it with water and keep it covered for 10 mins.
