- Provide 1/2 kg beef
- Provide 8-10 cups water
- You need 1 tsp cumin seeds
- Take 1 tbsp fennel seeds

- Get 3-4 black cardamom
- Take 3-4 dry basil leaves

- Wash and soak rice for at least half an hour.
- Put beef in a pan and add water and all other ingredients of stock and cook on a low flame.
- When the meat is tender take the meat out and let the stock reduce down to 5 cups
- In another pan heat oil fry onion and chillies in it.
- Add some ginger garlic paste and let it cook for a while.
- Add the beef and cook for 1-2 mins.
- Strain the stock and add it into the beef pan.
- When the stock starts boiling again add rice and cook until the stock level reaches that of rice.
- Now lower the flame to it's lowest cover and steam cook rice for about fifteen mins.
