- In another bowl add curd, water, salt,turmeric and whisk it. Mix roasted semolina.cover the batter and let it rest for 10min.
- Grease the idli plates. Add baking soda and mix it properly. Immediately transfer the batter to idli plates.
- Steam for 8-10minutes on low to medium flame.let it cool for a while before demoulding it. Serve as breakfast or evening snack with coconut chuney.
