- Get 2 cup rava/suji

- After 15 mins add salt,sugar and eno fruit salt.pour 1tsp water over it.Mix it well
- Take a container for making dhokla,grease with oil.Put batter in it,tap and make it even.
- As water boils put the container in water and cover it for 25 minutes.
- When dhokla is ready take out the container,keep on stand to cool.
- Once cooled,take out with help of knife then keep on plate.
- For tempting heat a tadka pan put oil then add black mustard seeds,dry red chilli, curry leaves.
- Put tadka over the dhokla
- Soft and spongy dhokla is ready.Serve dhokla with any green chutney.
