  1. Provide 1 goat ki Kalaiji
  2. Provide 3Tb.sp Oil
  3. Prepare to taste Salt
  4. You need 1t.sp Red chillies
  5. Take 3-4 chopped Green chillies
  6. Provide half t.sp Haldi
  7. Use 1 tb sp each fresh GG paste
  8. Provide 1 cup Dahi
  9. Provide 1Tb.sp Kasuri maithi
  10. Provide 1Tb.sp Lemon juice
  11. Get Zeera bhuna kuta
Instructions to make Kalaijee:
  1. #tip : there are few special tips one should follow. Cut kalaijee in small pieces and apply garlic with skin. Wash and drain water.
  2. #tip : donot over cook kalaijee or it becomes hard and chewy. Exact cooking time is just 4 minutes after bhonofying masalah.
  3. #tip : Donot, I repeat donot add salt in kalaijee during cooking. When its totally done then add salt and mix. Cook on high flame to avoid hardness.
  4. Take oil and add zeera, chopped fresh garlic and ginger. Add dahi and all masalahs.
  5. Add yogurt and mix well. Add kasuri maithi. Bhonofy masala pretty well until oil comes out.
  6. Now add kalaijee in masala and stir fry on high flamefor just 4 minutes. Add salt at this stage.
  7. Sprinkle fresh dhania and green chillies. Serve with raita n chapati.
