  1. 1.Mix suji, curd,water and salt.
  2. 2.Leave it for 15 min.
  3. 3.Grease a thali with oil in which you steam the dhokla. - 4.Add ginger and chilli paste.Now check the consistency of the batter.It should be of idli batter - like consistency. - 5.Boil water for steaming, add eno fruit salt just before steaming the batter. Mix well. - 6.Pour the batter into greased thali and steam it for 10-12 min.,cool it. - 7.Cut into square pieces and garnish it with coriander leaves. - 8.Your oil free Dhokla is ready.
