Instructions to make Sabudana dhokla:
  1. Wash sama rice under tap water and keep aside. Soak Sabudana too. Strain water from sama and Sabudana and add a curd to it.
  2. Add this both to the grinding jar, and crush it till. It became a smooth and nice batter.
  3. Transfer it into a bowl, add rajgeera flour, salt, ginger paste and chili paste to it. Mix well and keep it aside for 15-20minutes. Meanwhile put the streamer to preheat and Grease the plate with oil.
  4. Add eno into the batter and mix it well. Pour this mixture into the plate and put it into a streamer. Cover with lid and cook it for 15 minutes. Then remove from steamer and allow it to stand for 5 minutes.
  5. When it's cooled just cut it into pieces very gently.
  6. Heat oil into the tadka pan, add cumin seeds followed by mustard seeds, curry leaves and chopped chilli. Add this temper to the dhokla.
  7. Serve it hot with tamarind chutney or green chutney. Enjoy it with your family.
