Steps to make Healthy dhokla sandwitch:
- Take a bowl mix semolina curd and let it rest for 30min.
- After 30 min. add water if required add salt, ginger chilli paste mix well and put batter into steamer plate and let it cook for 10 min.
- Now after dhokla is cooked let it cool down then cut into large pieces and then place them on grill tawa, apply some oil and grill from both sides.
- Now for sandwitch:- take a piece of dhokla apply cutney on it then put tomato slice, capsicum slice and paneer sprinkle salt, pepper and put another piece of dhokla and place toothpick in the centre.
- Enjoy with tomato sauce or chutney.
