- Use 1 Cup Powdered Oats
- Use 1 Cup Rava/Sooji(fine)
- Take 1 Cup Curd
- Use 1 tsp Green chilli Ginger paste
- You need 1 tsp curry leaves
- Get 4-5 Chopped Cashews
- Take 1 tsp Urad dal
- Take 1 tsp Mustard seeds
- Use 1 tbsp Oil for tempering

- In a mixing bowl, add powdered oats, rava/sooji, curd, 1/4th cup water and mix nicely. Let it rest for 15-20 minutes.
- Take a small pan, heat oil on a medium flame. Now add Urad dal, mustard seeds, curry leaves and cashews and saute for a minute.
- After 15 minutes, add some more water to make an idli batter consistency. Add the tempering to the batter. Mix everything nicely.
- Take an Idli Cooker, pour some water and bring it to boil. Now grease the idli plate/mould with some oil.
- Just before pouring the batter in the idli plate/mould, add 1 tsp of eno add stir continuously to get a frothy texture. Now pour the batter in Idli plate and let it steam for 15 mins.
- After 15 minutes check if the Idlis are done by inserting a toothpick. Of it comes out clean Idlis are cooked. Let it cool for 2-3 minutes and now demould the Idlis.
