- Sieve Besan. Add suji to it.
- Add ginger and green chillies paste, Haldi, sugar, salt and Hing. Mix well and keep aside for 15 20 mins.
- Keep pan for steaming. Grease the thali well. Now add eno to the batter and mix well. Pour this batter into the thali. Keep for steaming.
