- Prepare 1 cup udad ki dal
- You need 250 gm dahi
- Prepare 2 tbsp sugar
- Provide 1/2 cup meethi chutney(khajur Imli ki)
- Take 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
- Get 1/2 green chutney
- Take 2-3 green chilli
- Use 2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
- Provide 1/4 tsp methi dane
- Use 1 onion chopped
- Take Some sev bhujiya
- Prepare Homemade dahi bada masala
- Get Salt to teast
Instructions to make Dahi vada:
- First wash and soak urad Dal in a bowl for 3-4 hours.after drain well and Blend with some meethi ke dane add very little water in a mixer.
- Transfer the Dal mixture into a bowl add mix very well 10 minat
- After that take a pan and add some oil and heat some time the you can start deep frying in medium heat with small oval shapes till deep brown in colour.
- Note-(or u can make your hand wet with water and take 1 tbsp batter and make small pit and our stuffing in between close it with a tbsp batter and deep fry them)
- Drain off in a kitchen paper after this soak the vadas in a 3 time water for 15-15 minutes. squeeze out and drain all the excess water keep aside.
- Now take a serving dish or bowl arrange stuffed vadas. Spread beaten curd (curd+sugar ko acche se Mila ke dalna hai) sprinkles homemade dahi bada masala, meethi chutney,Hari chutney, onion chopped,, coriander leaves,and any bhujiya sev. then Serve
