  1. Use 250 gm paneer
  2. You need 2 large onion
  3. Provide 1 tbsp ginger paste
  4. Prepare 1 tbsp garlic paste

  6. Take 1 cup curd
  7. Provide 1 teaspoon dhaniya and jeera powder
  8. Provide 1/2 cup milk
  9. Provide As needed Ghee
  10. Get 1tsp Kasoori methi
  11. Get 1tsp Garam masala
  12. Get to taste Salt and sugar (1/2 teaspoon)

  14. Get 1 tsp Shahi jeera
  15. Take 1 Bay leaf
Instructions to make Kasuri dahi paneer:
  1. First cut the Paneer into cube. Take the onion boil it. Reserve the water in which boiled. Let it cool then make a paste
  2. In a pan add oil when it comes to boil add the bay leaf and shahi jeera when it start crackling add the ginger garlic paste
  3. Fry it the add the green Chile paste mix them well. Then add the jeera and dhaniya powder mix then well. Add little sugar. When the masala is well fried now add the boiled onion and let it mix with the other masala.
  4. When the masala is well cooked add a cup of beaten curd and mix it. Cover and let it cook for 2-3 mins. Add kasuri methi. When oil starts coming from the gravy add the boiled onion water and more water if required.
  5. When it starts boiling add the Paneer cubes and salt to taste. Now cover it and cook it for 15-20 min first 10 min in high flame then in low flame.
  6. Now remove the cover add milk, garam masala and more kasuri methi. Again cover and cook it for 5-8 min first in high flame then in low flame. Garnish it with green chilies and kasuri methi. Serve it with roti paratha or rice
