  3. After mixing All Ingredients lastly at the time of Cooking mix to Pouch of Eno fruit Salt mix with 1 Spoon of Any Cooking Oil, Now Greased the idli Maker to put the better into it.Now put the Idli Better into it and Cook for 10 to 12 min on medium flame.

After Cooking the Idli keep cool on room temperature and unmould it from the maker and keep aside then Prepare Tadka for the Idli for Tempering taste.Take a Pan add half Cup Oil heat for 2 min then add Dry Red Chillies, Curry leaves, Mustard Seeds 1 Spoon, Cumin Seeds 1 Spoon, Sesame Seeds 1 Spoon, Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder 1 Spoon mix well heat for 2 min off the flame.
