  1. Provide 1/2 kg semolina
  2. Prepare 1.5 cup curd(better if sour)
  3. You need 2 sachets Fruit salt ENO
  4. You need 1/2 cup Green peas finely chopped
  5. Prepare 1/2 cup cabbage finely chopped
  6. Use 1 big capsicum finely chopped
  7. Get 1/2 cup boiled corn
  8. Take 4-5 green chilli finely chopped
  9. Provide 1/2 inch ginger finely chopped
  10. Provide 1/4 cup beans finely chopped
  11. Get 1 medium sized tomato finely chopped
  12. Take 1 tsp oregano seasoning
  13. Use 1 tsp red chilli flakes
  14. Take as per taste Salt
  15. Get 1 tsp mustard seeds
  16. You need 1/2 tsp split urad dal
  17. Use 8-10 curry leaves
  18. Get 2 tsp oil
  19. Use Some oil for brushing
  20. Use as required Water
Steps to make Dhamakedar Veggie Appe:
  1. Take a pan and pour some oil, let it get warm, add mustard seeds, urad dal and curry leaves. Add finely chopped or almost shredded veggies and give it a stir.
  2. Let it be on slow flame. Boil the corns slightly on other hand and let strain off all water. Add these corns too to the veggie mix. Add salt, oregano and chillies to this mix.
  3. Keep stirring to avoid burning or overcooking. On the other hand soak the semolina into curd and some water to make a thick paste and keep aside for at least 15-20 mins. Afterward add the veggie mix and some water to this suji mixture.
  4. Make a semi thick paste which is not so runny and add two sachet of ENO to it. You can also divide the mixture in half and add sachets one by one. (this will help in getting fermentation in time)
  5. Heat the appe pan on slow- medium flame and brush with oil. Add appe paste and cover. Once cooked from one side, flip over until there is some nice brown colour roasting on both sides.
