- Firstly soak moong Dal for 30 minutes.
- Drain off the water and blend smooth paste

- Now add Cumin seeds, red chilli powder, onion ginger paste and Salt to taste, mix it well.water as required required. 2 tbsp
- Now add Eno powder. And mix it well. Heat a pan add 1 tbsp oil and pour the better and sprinkle red chilli powder, Coriander leaves. Cover and simmer for 2 to 3 minutes
- Now flip over and press gently.make a good slit in the center and 1 tbsp butter in the center
