  1. Provide 1 cup semolina
  2. Prepare 1/2 cup curd
  3. You need 1 cup grated corn
  4. Use 3 tbsp corn kernels
  5. Get 1 tsp ginger paste
  6. Provide 1 tsp green chilli paste
  7. Use 1/4 tsp turmeric
  8. Prepare As per taste Salt
  9. Take 1 teaspoon eno

  11. Provide 2 tbsp oil
  12. Provide 1 tsp mustard seeds
  13. You need 1/2 tsp hing /asafoetida
  14. Get 2 tbsp coriander leaves
Steps to make Corn Dhokla:
  1. Mix dahi and semolina with 3 - 4 tablespoons of water and keep it for 3 hours.
  2. Add grated corn, corn kernels, ginger, green chilli, turmeric and salt to it and mix it very well. Add half cup of water or according to your requirement to make it a semi-thick batter. Add 1 teaspoon eno and mix it so that the better becomes light and fluffy.
  3. Pour this batter in a greased stainless steel plate and steam dhokla in a steamer for 20 to 30 minutes until they are done. If the knife comes out clean dhokla is done.
  4. To prepare tadka, heat oil and add mustard seeds. Let it crackle. Add hing and turn off the stove. Cut dhokla in desired shape and pour tadka over it evenly. Garnish it with some freshly chopped coriander leaves.
