  4. Put dhokla mix in idli mould.and put it in idli cooker.
  5. Now make tadka.In a tadka pan add oil, rai, green chilli, curry leaves, add water.add sugar and lenon juice boil it.
  6. Now check dhokla, if cooked, take out and cool it.
  7. Put in a plate. add tadka on it.garnish with coriander and coconut. serve with chutney.
