  1. Take a one bowl add besan, rava, curd, turmeric powder, ginger garlic paste, sugar, oil and mix it together very well. Then add slowly slowly water in this mixture and make smooth batter, then in last add salt and eno mix it together given rest for 10 min.
  2. Now take steamer add water in this and heat it after then take one plate gress them with few drop of oil and pour your dhokla batter in plate and tap this.
