The ingredients needed to make Suji Dhokla:
- You need 1 cup Rava (Suji)
- Get 1/2 cup curd
- Use 1 tsp ginger paste
- Take to taste Salt
- Use leaves Few Curry
- Use 1 tsp mustard seeds
- Take 2-3 green chili slit
- Use 1 Eno packet (fruit salt)
- Take 1 tbsp oil
- Take 1-2 lemon juice
- Use 3 tbsp sugar
- Take Water
Steps to make Suji Dhokla:
- Take a bowl add Rava, curd and add water make a thick batter. And rest it for 15 minutes.
- After that add more water to make it the right consistency, add salt, ginger paste and mix well.
- Now boil the water in a kadai put stand in bottom. grease tin/ plate.
- Now add Eno (fruit salt) in a batter and mix it gently and pour it in the greased tin.
- Now put the tin in a stand steam for 15 minutes at low medium flame. After that cool down and demold it.
- Heat oil in a frying pan add mustard seed, slit green chilli, curry leave on it. Add 1cup water, 3 spoon sugar 1/2 spoon salt, lemon juice cook for 5 minutes. Pour this tempering evenly into the dhokla pieces rest for 10 minutes than serve.
