- Get 1 cup curd

- Take 1 tsp mustard seeds
- You need 2-3 tbsp oil

Instructions to make Rava Dhokla:
- In a bowl beat the curd then add rava mix them together then add salt, ginger and green chilli mix them together and water according to the constiency.(the constiency of batter should be like idli batter)keep it aside allow it to rest for 20-30min.
- Meanwhile in a heavy bottom pan/steamer keep water for boiling. grease a plate with oil. After 30min add eno and 1tbsp water in the above mixture mix them together transfer this mixture into the grease plate steam them on medium flame for 20min.
- After 20min remove the plate and keep it aside allow it to cool. Then cut them into the shape you want.Now for tadka heat oil in a pan add oil as oil heats add mustard seeds as it crackles add curry leaves, green chilli as they splutter then add sugar and water boil it for 1min then turn of the gas. Sprinkle it evenly on dhokla. Garnish it with corriender leaves and serve with chutney.
