- You need 400 gms paneer cut into cubes,
- Provide 2 tbsp butter
- Provide 2 tbsp mustard oil
- Prepare 2 tbsp mustard oil
- Take As required Whole garam masala
- Provide 2 Bari Elaichi
- Take 2 Bari Elaichi
- Provide 2 tejpatta
- Use 4-5 cloves
- Prepare 6-7 kali mirch
- You need 1 piece dalchini
- Get 4-5 choti Elaichi
- Prepare Pinch jeera /cumin seeds
- Get 1 tsp garlic paste
- Get 1/2 tsp ginger paste
- Use 2 tbsp onion paste
- Prepare 1/2 tsp haldi powder
- Use 1 tsp dhaniya powder
- You need 1 tsp red chilli powder
- You need 1/2 tsp garam masala powder
- Take 1 tbsp fresh tomato purée,
- Provide 1 tbsp dahi
- Provide 1 tsp fresh cream
- Take 1 tsp fresh cream
- Prepare to taste Salt
- Take Pinch kasoori methi
- Take 2-3 med sized onion dice (petals separated)
- Get 2-3 green chillies, cut length wise
Instructions to make Paneer Do PYAZA:
- Firstly soak paneer pieces in salted warm water for 1/2 hour.
- Take a wok, add oil & butter, heat it.
- Add whole garam masala, sauté it for a sec. Add zeera now, let it splutter.
- Add ginger garlic paste, add lil water also, sauté it for a while.
- Now add onion paste also add lil water, stir fry it for a while.
- Lower the flame now, cover it with the lid, cook it until brown. Stir in between.
- Now add tomato purée & salt, give a stir, again cover it with the lid, cook it till oil separates.
- Add haldi, dhania & red chilli powder, add lil water, give a stir, cook it covered till oil has oozed out.
- Take another pan,add 1 tbsp oil add onion petals, sauté it till light brown, take out in a dish, keep aside.
- Add garam masala powder into the masala, Increase the flame, mix well.
- Now add dahi & cream, stir it nicely. Lower the flame now, cover it with the lid, cook it till oil separates.
- Add kasoori methi crushed & green chilli, give a stir.
- Now add paneer & onion pcs, keep the flame low, stir it gently for a while so that all masala is coated.
- Sprinkle some water, cover it with the lid, give a dum for 5-7 minutes at low flame.
- Switch off the flame now, open the lid after a while.
- Take out in a serving bowl, garnish it with chopped dhania patta.
- Have it with Tandoori Roti or Nan.
- You can also use boiled onion paste or brown onion paste in place of normal onion paste.
