  13. Prepare 2 tbsp coriander leaves

Instructions to make Rawa Dhokla Roll:
  1. Mix rawa and curd in a bowl. Consistancy is like dhokla. Add 1/4cup water if need. And salt. Keep a side.
  2. Mashed potatoes. Heat oil in a pan add mustard seeds asofoetida finely chopped onion saute add ginger chilli paste turmeric powder red chilli powder saute add potatoes and garam masala mix well. Add chopped coriander.
  3. Now Take 2glasses grease with oil. Add eno pouch in rawa batter and 2tsp hot water. Beat well. Till it fluffy.
  4. Boil water in a steamer. Make potato mixture roll. Pour 3tbsp. rawa mixture in a glass. Adjust potato roll in middle. And again pour mixture fill 3/4glass. And put in a steamer. Steam for 12to 15 min. Take out let it cool. Remove edges with knife. Rawa roll is ready.
  5. Now take a pan and make tadka with mustard seeds. Add red chilli powder salt and turmeric powder. Add 1/4cup water bring it to boil and roll a rawa roll. Take in a plate and cut in a round slices. Tasty delicious Rawa Dhokla Roll is ready to serve.Serve with mint coconut chutney.
