Instructions to make Ghotala Dosa:
  1. Soak rava / sooki for 3- hours.
  2. Take bowl add Sooji,dosa batter salt and jeera, mix well.
  3. Put this better on hot tawa and spread it in a circular motion thin circle.
  4. Add butter,add chopped green chilli,add chopped coriander leaves,add chopped tomatoes,add sprinkle grated cheese,add red chilli powder,add tomato sauce,add potato mixture,add more butter, mix well.
  5. Cook for 2-3 minutes.add gravy in bowl.
  6. Roll the dosa,serve with hot Sambhar, coconut chutney,and ghotala gravy.
