  9. Take 2 green chilli chopped

  12. You need 2 tbsp oil
  13. You need 1 tsp baking soda
  14. Provide For tempering
  15. Provide 1 tsp mustard seeds
  16. Prepare 1 tsp cumin seeds
  17. Use 1 tsp Turmeric powder
  18. Take 1 tsp curry leaves

  1. Wash rice and all dal for 4 to 5 hours. Later place it everything in a mixer jar blend smooth coarsely.add curd turmeric salt and rest for 1 hour.
  2. After 1 hour add grated bottle gourd into it add peas green chili and ginger salt baking powder turmeric red chilli powder and sugar and mix it. Mix wel the batter it should be thick like idli batter consistency.
  3. Take a pan add oil once it gets heat add mustard seeds cumin seeds once it gets splutter add hing curry leaves sessame seeds. Pour this tempering over handva batter. Now place this batter into tawa and close the lid and cook for 10 Minutes
