- Clean kala chana with water.soak it overnight.drain it and boil it in a pressure cooker along with 3 cup water and salt for 3-4 whistles.than heat 2 tbsp of refined oil into pan add cumin seeds and bayleaf.
- When cumin turned brown add green chilli saute for a few sec.than add ginger garlic paste saute for 1 min. Then add onion cook it for 2-3 mins till it's soft. Then add tomatoes fry it till tomatoes are cooked on medium flame.
