- Prepare 1 tbsp curd

- Take 1 tbsp malai

Instructions to make Besan Gatta Curry:
- Take a bowl add all ingredientes of besan gatta.Mix well and knead a semi stiff dough using water.(add water care fully,It does'nt need much water)
- Divide the dough in 2 parts.And roll it (long).Then cut it into slices.(1 inch).
- Heat a pan along with water.When it comes to boil add besan gattas into the boiling water and boil them for 1 min.And take them out.
- Take a mixer grinder jar,add roughly chopped onion + ginger + garlic cloves..And grind to make paste.
- Now heat a pan with 2 tbsp of oil…add cumin seeds..When they cracks…Add onion + Garlic + ginger paste.Saute for a min on medium flame.Add Kashmiri red chilli powder.And all dry spices. Stir, add tomato puree.Saute for a min,add curd and cook for half a minute,while continue stirring.
- Add 1 tbsp malai,stir and cook till oil leaves masala, add besan gatta..Mix,add required water,and cook for 2 - minutes.
- Add garam masala and chopped fresh coriander,and serve with roti or chapati.
- Delicious Besan Gatta Curry is ready.
