- Boil potatoes. Peel and mash them with a fork in a bowl.
- Grind green chillies, ginger,clove. Heat oil in a pan,add mustard seeds and crackle them. Add aesaphotida.Then add curry leaves, green chillies,ginger,garlic. Add turmeric and saute till the raw garlic aroma goes away.
- Add this in the in the mashed potato. Add finely chopped coriander and salt.
- Mix it well and make round small balls and flatten it a bit.
- For batter. In another bowl add gram flour,water,asoephotida,salt,baking soda and turmeric. The batter consistency should not be too watery or thick.
