- Take 6 Parwal medium sized (wash it properly. peel the skin and slit it)

Instructions to make POTATO CURRY WITH PARWAL PAKORA:
- Marinate the Parwal with turmeric powder and salt. Keep aside for 1 hour.
- Take a bowl. Add besan, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, black pepper powder, roasted cumin powder, ginger, garlic and green chilli paste, onion seeds, coriander powder and salt. Mix it well Add limited water. Again mix it well. Make a thick batter. Heat oil in kadai. When the oil is hot.
- Dip the parwal in the besan mixture. Dip fry the pakoras till it become light brown in colour. Once it is done. Transfer to a tissue paper. Drain the excess oil. And keep aside.

Then add onion and tomato paste, ginger, green chilli and garlic paste also.. Saute it for few minutes. Then add all the dry ingredients. Mix it well. Till the raw smell of masala goes off. Once it is done. Add water as needed. Boil it for 5 minutes. After that add parwal pakoras. Cook for about 3 minutes. The add 1 tsp ghee. Once it is done
- Transfer to a beautiful white serving plate. Garnish with spring onion. Now it is ready to serve with hot steam rice
