  10. Take 1/2 tsp ginger paste

  1. Palak chop and wash.Mix salt,chop green chilli,besan,ajwain mix a kofta batter.
  2. Heat oil in a wok then koftas fry till golden brown.
  3. Heat oil in a wok add garlic paste saute add onion paste saute till brown,add ginger paste & Tomato puree saute for two minutes then add all dry masalas saute 2 minutes then add boiled water for gravy.
  4. Gravy boiled for 2 minutes add koftas cook for 2 minutes.
  5. Garnish green Coriander and serve
