- Prepare For Lasun Chutney
- Use 1/2 Cup Grated Dry Coconut
- You need 1 tbsp White Til
- Prepare 1 Tbsp Ground Nuts

- For Lasun Chutney dry roast all the ingredients and grind to make chutney along with salt.
- In besan add haldi and salt.
- Add water little by little and make a smooth batter and keep aside for 1/2 hour atleast.
- Mash boiled potatoes, add chopped curry leaves and in a small pan add oil rai and ginger garlic paste with haldi stir for 2 mins and add this to potatoes.
- Mix well with salt and lemon juice
- Make balls of equal size dip in batter and fry the vadas
- Serve hot with Pav and lasun chutney and chillies
