- Grind coriander leaves, curry leaves and green chilli to fine paste..take a pan add oil now add mustard seeds and jeera saute well add ground paste to it.Cook for a while and make sure it doesnt have any water remaining.
- Add this green mixture to boiled potatoes add salt and mix well..now make balls from it and keep aside.
- Make the batter of besan by adding besan, salt, red chilli powder and water. Make little thick paste add very little baking soda to it..
- Now dip the balls into the batter and deep fry them.
