- Prepare 1 cup rice flour

- In a large mixing bowl take rice flour, rava or semolina and maida or all-purpose flour also add 1 chilli chopped few curry leaves, pinch of hing, chilli powder, 1 onion and salt.
- Combine well making sure the spices get mixed well. Now heat 2 tbsp oil and pour over prepared flour mixture.
- Roughly mix with the help of spoon and later crumble with hand.Add water and combine well and prepare soft dough.Grease hands with oil and pinch small ball sized dough.
- Prepare ball and flatten over greased palm.
- Take a wok or frying pan and put the oil for deep frying. Once the oil is hot, drop the flattened dough carefully into the oil.
