- You need 2 soft Buns
- Get 2 boiled potatoes
- Provide 1 cup gram flour
- Provide to taste Salt
- You need 1 tsp red chilli powder
- Provide 1 tbsp coriander powder
- Use 1 tbsp turmeric powder
- Take 1 tbsp mustard seeds
- Use 5-10 curry leaves
- Use 1 tbsp dry mango powder
- Prepare 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
- Use 2 pinch asafoetida
- Take 1 tbsp lemon juice
- You need as needed Oil for frying
- Use 1/2 glass Water
- Use Handful Coriander leaves

- Prepare 1/2 cup grated dry coconut
- Get 3-4 dry red chilli
- You need 3 garlic clove
- Prepare 1/2 cup peanuts
Instructions to make Vada pav:
- Now firstly we will cook vada pav sukhi chutni.Take a pan add red chilli and roast for 2 minutes then take it out and roast garlic cloves for 2 minutes then peanuts for 2 minutes and lastly dry roast the coconut powder till golden colour.
- Now put all these things in to the grinder and grind it to form a dry powder.
- Now for vada batter take a bowl add gram flour add 1/2 tbsp salt,1/2 tbsp redchilly, 1/2 tbsp turmeric powder,asafoetida and 1 tbsp oil and make a thick smooth batter with water and then add lemon juice and mix it well and keep it aside.
- Now for vada take a pan add oil,add mustard seeds and crackle it,then add curry leaves and ginger garlic paste and stir it well.Now mash the potatoes in to the pan and mix it well.Now add 1/2 tbsp salt,1/2 tbsp turmeric powder, 1/2 tbsp redchilly powder, coriander powder and dry mango powder and mix it well and cook it for another 2 minutes.Add coriander leaves and let it be cool down.
- After cool down make small balls out of it and put it in a batter and fry it in a hot oil on medium flame till golden colour.
- Now assemble the vada pav,slit the pav from the centre and spread the sukhi chutni on the both sides and apply green coriander chutney now press the vada and put on the pav and close it with another pav.Our street food style vada pav is ready to serve.Enjoy πππ
