- Soak sabudana in water for 5 minutes, after that remove excess water and rest it for 45 minutes.
- Roast and roughly grind peanuts.

- Once tomato cooked add grinded peanut,salt and potato, cook for 1 minute.
- Add soaked sabudana,sugar. Cover it and cook for 1 minute.
- Turn off gas stove and let it covered for 2 more minutes. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with lemon or curd.
