  21. Prepare 2 dry red chillies
  22. Take few curry leaves
  23. Take 2 tsp oil
  24. You need 1 lemon juice
Instructions to make Kanjivaram idli and Chutney:
  1. Mix suji curd salt and water.
  2. Keep aside for 10 mins.
  3. In a pan heat, oil add mustard seed, grated ginger,dry red chillies, green chillies, urad dal, curry leaves, cashews & chana dal.
  4. Sauté it for3-4mins &pour into the batter.
  5. Adjust the consistency of the batter by adding water. Idli type consistency.
  6. Add raisins coriander leaves,black pepper powder and salt and mix well.
  7. Grease the idli plate and pour batter in it.
  8. Steam the idli in idli stand.
  9. Let it steam for 10-12 mins on medium to high flame.
